Located in downtown Athens below Alexandra's Avenue, at the alternative-minded and historic district of Exarcheia, this is a 7-story 16-unit residential condominium building that stands out from its much older neighbouring buildings due to the simplicity of its architectural elements and pure symmetry of its facade. These features, combined with the colour palette used, create a tranquil form, which is generally scarce in the bustling architectural scene of central Athens. At ground level, a wide pedestrian passageway is formed that follows the building line, which creates an open, yet protected from the elements, welcoming space at the entrance of the building. On either side of the entrance, there is covered and uncovered parking space. The building's lobby offers a small seating area, while the floor-to-ceiling windows ensure direct visual contact with the street. Τhe residences are found on the upper floors, all located along the facade of the building and therefore benefiting from good lighting. In addition, all units have private balconies facing the main road, while the ones located higher up have also amazing views of the Lycabettus Hill and the Acropolis. The fifth, sixth and seventh floor of the building set back from the perimeter wall, forming spacious terraces for the respective apartments. The interior architecture of the apartments is simple, following the character of the building's shell. As most of them are small in size, not exceeding the area of 35sq.m, the design of the spaces incorporates solutions to enhance their qualities and make smart use of every square meter, offering a flexible living experience. All residences have double glazing openings that provide high levels of thermal and acoustic insulation, oak wood flooring, high-quality kitchen furniture, wardrobes and sanitary items.
