Located in downtown Athens below Alexandra's Avenue, at the alternative-minded and historic district of Exarcheia, this is a 7-story 16-unit residential condominium building that stands out from its much older neighbouring buildings due to the simplicity of its architectural elements and pure symmetry of its facade. These features, combined with the colour palette used, create a tranquil form, which is generally scarce in the bustling architectural scene of central Athens.
